1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SAY application ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users: clients booking services, salon professionals managing their businesses, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

SAY is a salon and wellness management platform operated by Servicesforyou Ltd (No. 11636155), a company registered in England and Wales. The Platform provides booking management, client health profiles, voice-assisted scheduling, treatment safety tools, and business analytics. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You may authenticate via Google, Apple, or email/password. Third-party authentication is subject to the respective provider's terms of service.

4. User Roles & Responsibilities

4.1 Clients

As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate health and allergy information. This data is used to protect your safety during treatments. Providing false health information may result in adverse treatment outcomes for which SAY bears no liability.

4.2 Salon Professionals

As a salon professional ("User"), you retain full and exclusive responsibility for your business operations, personnel management, and client relations. The Platform acts solely as a facilitator of data and automation. Specifically:

All AI-generated suggestions — including voice assistant responses, treatment timing recommendations, skin intelligence scores, ingredient conflict alerts, and rebooking suggestions — are for reference and administrative convenience only.

Professional Verification Required: A qualified professional must verify all recommendations before proceeding with any treatment. The Barrier Load Index, Pigmentation Risk score, and contraindication timings are decision-support tools, not clinical diagnoses.

No Medical Advice: SAY does not provide medical, dermatological, or pharmaceutical advice. Patch test tracking, medication logging, and safety flags are record-keeping tools. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Promotional coupons (e.g. FOUNDING50, STUDENT6) are subject to their specific terms and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Platform, contact us within 14 days for a pro-rata credit assessment.

The Platform, including its design, code, algorithms, brand assets, and documentation, is owned by SAY and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload (photos, profile data). By uploading content, you grant SAY a limited licence to display and process it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

10. Indemnification

Salon professionals agree to indemnify SAY against any claims arising from their use of the Platform in their business operations, including claims from their clients related to treatment outcomes, data handling, or professional conduct.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
