For London salon businesses

Your bookings, client records and business tools in one place.

Running a salon means keeping track of more than appointments. There are client consultations, staff schedules, products used during treatments and payments to record.

SAY brings these parts of your working day into one workspace. Clients can share their Beauty Passport, your team can review relevant information, and your business figures come from the records saved in your salon account.

Three parts of the day, in one workspace

From the consultation before a client arrives to the figures after they leave.

Before the appointment

Review before they arrive

The client updates and shares their Beauty Passport, and the practitioner reviews the information relevant to the treatment before the appointment begins.

During the working day

Run the day

Manage bookings, services and staff availability in SAY's own calendar — created, edited and rescheduled in one place.

After the treatment

Record and review

Record checkout, deduct mapped products at completed checkout, and review recorded paid revenue separately from completed-booking counts.

Figures and drafts, kept honest

Insights displays calculated salon figures separately from AI-generated advice — the numbers come from your records, not the model.

Marketing draft assistance can use your saved salon details, subject to the relevant plan and access. You review before publishing.

How SAY fits with your tools

SAY has its own booking system and does not sync with Treatwell or Fresha. You can still use a marketplace for discovery, but bookings live in SAY.

Shared Beauty Passport records can support a consultation independently of where a booking was made. Booking-linked advisory guidance applies to supported bookings made in SAY, is advisory only, and is subject to your practitioner's assessment.
